And it’s really amazing that Australia Ranking in the list of largest country by landmasses is the sixth-largest country in the world after Russia, Canada, China, the United States of America and Brazil. But it’s strange that Australia has a small population as compared to other continents and countries.
And Australia continent is not restricted in mainland only, its whole continent of Australia includes Australian continent and numerous islands off the coast of the continent including Tasmania.
Most of the Australian people descended from the British and the Irish, they had been continuously migrating from British isles for more than two hundred years.
Australia’s also known as the island continent. Australia continents is made up of two territories and six states. It is amazingly classified that Australia as the world’s smallest continent and as the world’s largest island.

It’s an interesting and amazing perception amongst the people of other continents or countries that Australia is all about the sunny beaches and beautiful weather when talking about Australia, but their so much parts are covered in snow. In fact, it’s assumed and it’s really true that snow-covered areas of Australia are larger than Switzerland.
Do you know that there is a controversy over the Australia Day celebration? It is celebrated each year on January 26th. But It is a controversial holiday in Australia due to its origins.
The first Australia Day was celebrated to commemorate the opening of the prison in Sydney, and many Australians don’t wish to celebrate the day for that reason.
It’s amazing that Australia is famously known from its different culture, religious and language, Australian citizens are very unified and have a sense of community. Even though the country is various, it’s an individual’s area unit connected through their love for his or her motherland.
There are over 200 different languages are spoken in Australia continent, including 45 most common and indigenous languages. The first and official language of Australia is English and there are around 15% of citizens who prefer to speak a language other than English at home.
Italian, Greek, Vietnamese and Arabic are some of another language commonly spoken amongst the Australians.

One of the amazing things about Australia is that it’s the home of the Wine. Amazingly Australia is known as a large exporter of wine. Wine exports contribute over billions per year to Australia’s total economy.
The main exports of Australia include iron ore, gold, natural gas, and coal. They export most of their products to Japan, China, South Korea, New Zealand, and the United States.
Australia is the 12th largest GDP per capita in the world.
And it’s really impressive and appreciative that Australia is having the low poverty rate, and a high standard of living.
Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, and Adelaide have all appeared on The Economist’s world most livable cities lists in various years.
It’s truly impressive and amazing to know that, Australia is the largest producer of Opal in the world. More than 94% of the world’s opal and around 98% of the rare black opal are produced in the world.
Most fascinating things about Australians are their way of living lifestyles, it’s really incredible and applaudable that most of the People have desires to live their life on the beaches.
A very large amount of people who live near or on the beaches side are around 75%.

Do you know about Kakadu National Park, One of the best wildlife can be found in Australia and Kakadu National Park is one of the national parks in Australia which has some of the amazing and rare wildlife in the world.

Kakadu is some of the oldest aboriginal artwork in Australia too.
Australia is the home of the largest wild camel population in the world. There were over 1 million wild camels at the end of 2013.
It’s really amazing that we can find easily Kangaroos not only in the wild and in the zoos in Australia but also they can be found in the local butcher shops. Kangaroo meat is commonly consumed in Australia.
It’s also a fact that, Australia is the driest inhabited continent in the world. Its interior has one of the lowest rainfalls in the world and around most of the land is arid or semi-arid. Its fertile areas are well-watered, however, and these are used terribly effectively to assist feed the globe.
Australia has its desert space, referred to as the Outback. In this area, there were about one million camels that roam in the wild. These feral camels are controlled by the government’s Feral Camel Management Program.
Over 80% of the plants, mammals, frogs, and reptiles are unique and rare to Australia and can’t be found anywhere else in the world.
Dingo is the largest carnivorous mammal in Australia, and This animal is only about the size of a house cat. There are no large carnivorous mammals in Australia.
Australia is home to twenty-one of the twenty-five most venomous snakes within the world. It has more venomous snake species than any other continent.
Do you know that Anna Creek Station is the largest cattle farm in Australia. It is located in South Australia and is larger than Belgium and Israel.
The lung fish lived during the Triassic period around 350 million years ago. The Lung Fish is rarely found only in Australia, and no other place in the world where this creature can be found.

It’s hard to believe but it’s Amazingly famous in Australia, one of the greatest drives in the world is Great ocean road on the southern ocean of Victoria. It’s Carved by thousands of years of battering by great southern ocean. Sandstone formation is really, amazingly and rarely stunning in the world.

Fourth—: Shark Bay in Western Australia
It’s really amazing that Some 800 kilometers north of Perth on Australia’s west coast, shark Bay’s W shaped coastline of rocky limestone, white sand dunes and cliffs is 1500 kilometers long.
So many shallow peninsulae and home to 10000 dugongs as well many threatened species, dolphins and the world’s most diverse seagrass.
Fifth—: The twelve Apostles in Australia
The twelve Apostles and London bridge, lord and gorge are the most significant erosional features in the world.
Erosion created these limestone stacks that can be seen amazingly and incredibly from Great ocean road, off the Victorian coast.there were only nine but after recent fall they are now eight.
Their base erodes at a rate of 2 centimeters a year.

One of the most amazing and stunning mountain in Australia and in the world which is rarely found in other continents or countries is The Burning Mountain, in New South Wales, it is the home to the world’s oldest underground fire.
This coal fire which is located 30 meters around 100 feet underground has been incredibly and amazingly burning continuously for more than the last 5,500 years.

The Great Barrier Reef is rarely only found off of the coast of Australia and is amazingly and interestingly one of the largest coral reef systems in the world.
Great Barrier Reef is the biggest scope of Australia and it can be incredibly seen from the Air. It’s extended over 2600 km.

The longest fence in the world is known as The Dingo Fence, Dog Fence, Wild Dog Fence or Border Fence depending on which state you are in. The fence is around 5,614 kilometers long starting at Jimbour in Queensland and continuing on to the Great Australian Bight in South Australia.
Do you know that the longest straight stretch of the road in the world is marked and considered as the Australian section of the Eyre Highway which lies completely on the Nullarbor plain between Balladonia and Coign.
The road stretches for 146.6 kilometers without turning.
The Trans-Australian Railway usually crosses the Nullarbor Plain of Australia from Port Augusta in South Australia to Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.
It includes the world’s longest stretch of dead-straight railway track, a 478-km(297 miles) length between the 797-km(495 miles) post west of Oodles and the 1275-km(792 miles) post west of Loongana.
One of the amazing islands in the world is considered as the Fraser Island, and it is the world’s largest sand island too, 123 kilometers in length and up to 22 kilometers wide, it lies at the end of the Great sandy straight.
It is really amazing and rare that, Its rainforest, is around 240 meters high sand dunes, and 100 freshwater lakes and diverse wildlife including many dingoes.
One of the interesting facts about Australia is that it’s the biggest island and the smallest continent in the world. Australia is the only nation to govern an entire continent and its outlying islands. The mainland is the largest island and the smallest, flattest continent on Earth.
The world’s longest Golf course is located in Australia. Nullarbor Link measures in at over 850 miles long.
